Monsoon Malabar is my favorite every day coffee. It pairs well with steamed milk in cortados, cappuccinos and lattes. During the holidays, I rely heavily on Monsoon for my French press coffee to make Irish coffee. It holds well against the soft, sweet cream and Jaimeson’s that Irish coffee is known for. Our Malabar is from small farms that have been in operation for almost 100 years. And that tradition comes through in the cup.
