Description
For years, I was a little bit of a snob about decaffeinated coffee. I felt there wasn’t any good varietals available because honestly – there really wasn’t. I tried the varietals available, throwing in my best roasting chops, all thirty plus years of it but I wasn’t happy. The last few years have really shifted in the decaf world. Royal coffee made the point of going to Columbia and choosing quality coffee beans instead of let over beans being chosen for decaffeination. It kind of full circles it for me in terms of explaining why I was a snob about decaf coffee in the first place.
